You may pre-register for the "Evidence Based Medicine and Child Nutrition" special one-day event only or alternatively you may choose to pre-register for both "Evidence Based Medicine and Child Nutrition" and "Excellence in Paediatrics". You may pre-register on line, by fax or by email.
You may expand your Excellence in Paediatrics experience by attending the interactive workshops that are offered for a hands-on approach. Participation is free-of-charge for registered delegates but attendance is limited. Therefore, during the registration process you will be offered the opportunity to book the workshops that you prefer to attend.
A letter confirming your registration will be sent to you within three (3) working days after having received both the Registration Form and your payment. Should you not receive this letter in due time, please contact:

REGISTRATION
From 21 November 2009 and onwards, registrations will be accepted only at the Conference Secretariat, which will be operating in the Conference Venue, from 3 to 6 December, 2009.

REGISTRATION FEES (VAT 19% included)

All prices are quoted in Euros

* Please note that the reduced registration fee for trainees / young investigators is available for doctors and researchers under 35 years old. Trainees and young investigators are kindly requested to provide the PCO with an official document, such as ID card, indicating their date of birth.
** Additionally, participants registered as students must submit a copy of a valid student ID card. Participants registered as nurses must submit a certificate of employment / confirmation letter issued by their employer.

For written cancellations or alterations* received:

All refunds will be processed one (1) month after the conclusion of the Conference.

* A Registration Form duly filled in, is required for the replacing delegate.

For your information, please bear in mind that the registration fees do not include the insurance of participants against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property loss or damage. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.
