Dr. Refika Hamutcu Ersu

Dr Refika Hamutcu Ersu is currently one of the faculty at the Division of Pediatric Pulmonology at Marmara University Hospital. After completing her pediatric residency training at Marmara University Hospital she worked as a research fellow at Royal Brompton Hospital in London. She did her pulmonary fellowship at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles and has been working in Marmara University since 2001. While in USA she worked at the Southern California Childrens Lung Center Sleep Laboratory. Her main research interests are obstructive sleep apnea, sudden infant death syndrome, asthma, cystic fibrosis and respiratory infections. She has published many articles, chapters in books and given lectures, conferences and courses both in national and international conferences.
