Dr. Steven Webber

Dr Steven Webber is Chief of Pediatric Cardiology and Co-Director of the Heart Center at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh and Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He has held numerous leadership roles in the field of pediatric transplantation including, President of the International Pediatric Transplant Association, President of the Pediatric Heart Transplant Study Group, and member of the Board of Directors of the International Society for Heart and Lung Transplantation.

Prof. Riccardo Troncone currently serves on the Pediatric and Thoracic Committees of the United Network for Organ Sharing. He is Co-Editor of the journal Pediatric Transplantation and of the textbook Pediatric Solid Organ Transplantation. He research interests are cardiomyopathy and heart transplantation in children and his research program is funded primarily by grants from the U.S. National Institutes of Health.
